At Axend Pte Ltd, we are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or experience any issues, our refund and return policy below explains your options clearly.


 

1. Return Policy

You may request a return within 7 days from the date you received the item, subject to the following conditions:

Return Conditions

  • The item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.

  • All accessories, manuals, and free gifts (if any) must be included.

  • Proof of purchase is required (invoice, order confirmation, or delivery note).

  • Certain items cannot be returned, including:

    • Custom-made or made-to-order items

    • Discounted or clearance items

    • Items that have been opened or used and cannot be resold

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Items damaged due to misuse

  • Items damaged after delivery due to improper storage

  • Items missing accessories or original packaging


 

2. Exchange Policy

We accept exchanges under the following circumstances:

  • You received the wrong item, wrong model, or wrong quantity

  • The item has a manufacturing defect

  • The item was damaged during delivery (must be reported within 48 hours with photos)

If the exchange is due to our mistake, we will cover all shipping costs.


 

3. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Refund terms:

  • Full refund if the issue is caused by our error

  • Partial refund if the item shows signs of use or missing packaging

  • Refunds will be completed within 7–14 business days

  • Refunds will be made through the original payment method (Credit Card / Bank Transfer / Online Payment)


 

4. How to Request a Return / Refund

    Provide the following:

    • Order number

    • Item name

    • Reason for return/exchange

    • Photos of the item or damage (if applicable)

  2. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days

  3. Once approved, ship the item back to the address provided by our team

  4. We will inspect the returned item and notify you of the refund or exchange status


 

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error: Axend Pte Ltd will cover the shipping cost

  • If the return is due to personal reasons (change of mind, wrong order placed): Customer is responsible for return shipping costs


 

6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only if they have not been shipped yet

  • If the order has already been shipped, please follow the standard return procedure
