F&K Calibration Systems

F&K develops and manufactures measurement devices for ultrasonic systems such as wire bonders
The ODS (to far left) system from F&K can measure the displacement of the tip of the wedge or capillary tool. This is useful to measure the performance of the ultrasonic system after maintenance, after tool change, tool manufacturer change, etc.
The TTS (to right) system is an ultrasonic generator with feedback. This system can measure the transducer horn performance, tool influence and other important factors in an ultrasonic system.
